What is GDPR?

The new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – 2016/679).

The object is the protection of the management, processing, storage and transfer of personal data, whether they are based and active in a country of the European Union.
The purpose of the application is the removal of legal ambiguities and the insecurity created by the previous legal framework, the strengthening of fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons as well as the uniformity of the legal framework in all member states. 1. Personal data collected at an ALCHIMICA stand or after the electronic filling and submission of website forms or through a request to receive Newsletters and other updates.
   The data collected, if there is your consent, may be used for promotional purposes such as e.g. newsletters. The legal basis for the processing of personal data concerning e.g. the sending of newsletters is your consent [Article 6 (1) point a GDPR]. In addition, the processing of data is based on the fulfillment of the legitimate interests of our company, in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR.
   Such data are: the property, country, city, surname, e-mail address, telephone and also data recorded in the free text field box (Comments). In the free text field, it is recommended not to declare your personal information related to your political ideology, national origin, religious beliefs, health information, biometric data or your genetic characteristics and sexual preferences. All data submitted needs to be correct and accurate. Any damage caused to ALCHIMICA or to a third party through incorrect or incomplete information in the contact forms is solely your responsibility.
