ALCHIMICA offers the HYGROSMART® range, a complete cementitious range of repair, wateproofing and adhesives products that provides solutions in various applications such as: under tile waterproofing, reinforcement and repair of concrete, repair of coatings and masonry, bonding of cement mortars, repair of old and new concrete and metal structures, surface hardeners for industrial flooring, welding of thermal insulation boards and tiles but also solutions for welding industrial wooden floors and metal panels.

 

The HYGROSMART® product range fulfills maintenance needs in buildings and provides solutions with complete repair and waterproofing systems for building renovations in areas such as basements and foundations, wet areas, balconies and facades for successful upgrade of buildings.

 

Our range includes products for:

1) Strengthening, reinforcement and repairs of concrete

One or two component fiber-reinforced waterproofing mortars for the waterproofing and protection of wet rooms, balconies, swimming pools (under tiles) but also for water tanks and foundations.

Low viscosity epoxy resins, thixotropic epoxy pastes with outstanding bonding capabilities, ideal for filling and sealing cavities and cracks in pillars, foundations, beams etc.

Polymer-modified cementitious mortars, suitable for application on reinforcement steel bars against corrosion.

A high technology, one component powders with remarkable abilities to stop leaks even for water under pressure, ideal in applications of negative pressure such as water tanks and tunnels.

2) High quality cement-based tile adhesives ideal for the laying of tiles over waterproofing systems.

3) Coating and masonry repair products

High technology fiber reinforced cement-based repair mortars

Cement-based mortars, ideal for repairs of blockwork and plastering.

4) Surface Hardeners for industrial flooring

High strength self-leveling cement-based floor mortars with quartz aggregates.

Ready to use, pasty polyurethane / acrylic plasters

6) Construction Adhesives

Solvent free, two component, semi -rigid, polyurethane adhesives and one component solvent-less, moisture curing polyurethane adhesives.
