The new MICROSEALER-PU is probably the closest you can get to a primer with universal adhesion: It provides excellent wetting on both porous and non-porous substrates. In fact, its speed of curing is accurately designed so as to have a balanced trade-off between substrate impregnation and paint-over time. Also, on concrete, conditions can be anything from desert dry to soaking wet without impeding adhesion!

In addition to being a universal primer, MICROSEALER-PU is an excellent material to use for strengthening concrete, screeds and other cementitious substrates.  It will fill pores, cracks and other irregularities on the concrete.  Add to this its excellent adhesion and easy coloring with ALCHIMICA’s pigment pastes and you have a highly economical solution for concrete sealing and protection.
